When streaming services first gained popularity, many platforms primarily offered international content from the US. Today, more streaming platforms in Malaysia cater specifically to local and Asian-centric content, appealing to audiences in the region.
These platforms are generally more affordable, with starting prices as low as RM5.99 per month. They also offer free, ad-supported content.
